About Us
As members of Knights of Columbus, our catering company benefits from being part of an organization that has been helping those less fortunate since 1901; our charter is the oldest in Long Island and the only one in our local area. Jack McCullough, our president, took over this chapter in 2001 and has since entered us into the local Chamber of Commerce. We send out complete dinners to 70 to 80 families each year for Thanksgiving, so contact us for more details on our organization.
